Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. For standard returns initiated due to personal preference (i.e., not due to quality issues), Skullcandy does not provide free return shipping labels.
Tracking Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you use a shipping carrier that offers package tracking services (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Certified Mail). Skullcandy assumes no responsibility for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit back to our warehouse. - Processing and Refund Timeline
- Once your return package has been delivered and received at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to inspect the items and process the return.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The specific time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your financial institution; the refund amount may take an additional billing cycle or several business days to reflect in your account balance.
- Items Purchased from Third-Party Retailers
Please Note: If you purchased your Skullcandy products through a third-party retailer, authorized dealer, or other online marketplace (such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target, or Walmart), you cannot return the items directly to Skullcandy for a refund. You must contact your original point of purchase and follow their specific return and refund policies. - Impact on Soundlab Rewards Points
- Once the refund process is complete, any points earned from the purchase of that item will be deducted from your Soundlab Rewards account balance.
- If an entire order paid for using Soundlab points/coupons is returned, the corresponding original points will be credited back to your account. For partial returns, the amount of points refunded will be dynamically calculated based on the items you ultimately choose to keep.
