- Free Shipping Threshold and Member Benefits
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping to all registered Soundlab Rewards members on orders with a subtotal of $49.00 or more (calculated after discounts are applied, and excluding taxes or shipping fees).
Soundlab Members: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders totaling $49 or more.
Non-Members: A standard shipping fee of $15 applies. - Oversized Item Surcharges
Please note that certain heavy, bulky, or oversized products (such as specific large speaker models) are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
For oversized items, a mandatory handling and shipping surcharge will be applied, starting at $20.00 per item. - Regional Exceptions and Restrictions
Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR): Orders shipped to these regions are not eligible for the standard free shipping promotion. All orders shipped to AK, HI, and PR are subject to a flat shipping fee of $20.00. Such orders will be shipped via air transport to ensure reliable tracking services.
Domestic US Shipping Only: Orders submitted on our US website can only be shipped to valid addresses within the United States. For international shipping services, please visit the specific website designated for your country or region. - Expedited Shipping Services
We offer expedited shipping options (such as UPS Next Day Air) at the checkout page for an additional fee, the specific amount of which depends on the destination. Please note that expedited shipping options are generally not available for oversized items.
